CNC Machine Operator

Job Description:

Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of CNC machinery to produce high-quality precision parts. You will be the bridge between a mechanical drawing and a finished product, ensuring every cut meets our rigorous quality standards.

Key Responsibilities Machine Operation:

Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling.

Setup & Loading:

Load raw materials and parts into the machines using proper fixtures; verify machine settings and tool offsets.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished products using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure 100% accuracy.

Maintenance:

Perform routine machine maintenance and keep a clean, organized workspace.

Safety:

Strictly adhere to all company safety regulations and OSHA standards.

Effingham, ILwork hours: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AMdress code:

Shirts or t-shirts must have sleeves and be without any holes or rips. Pants without any holes or rips. No profane or suggestive texts and images. Closed toe and non slip footwear only.
