1st Shift | Overtime Available We are seeking experienced CNC Machinists with hands-on experience setting up and operating Mazak CNC machining centers. This is an immediate need for machinists who can confidently set up and operate CNC mills, make program edits at the machine, and perform quality checks using precision measurement tools. Programming experience, particularly with Mazatrol, is a strong plus and may provide an opportunity to move into a direct-hire position. What You'll DoSet up and operate Mazak CNC mills and machining centersSet up and run production jobs according to drawings and specificationsEdit CNC programs directly at the machine as neededMake offsets and adjustments to maintain part qualityPerform basic CNC programming when qualifiedUse precision inspection equipment including micrometers, calipers, and other QC measurement toolsRead and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and machining specificationsPerform in-process quality checks and ensure parts meet specificationsTroubleshoot machining and setup issuesMaintain a clean and safe work areaEquipment / ControlsMazak AJVMazak V515 machining centerMazatrol controlsFanuc controls are a plusWhat We're Looking ForHands-on experience setting up and operating CNC millsMazak CNC experience is requiredAbility to edit CNC programs at the machineExperience using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measurement toolsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprintsMazatrol programming experience is highly preferredFanuc programming/editing experience is a plusStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
