Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Operators to join our dynamic team in Mark IL . As a CNC Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in every component produced. If you have a passion for machining and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! The duties and responsibilities of the Machine Operator I include, but are not limited to: Must have prior experience on CNC equipment Operates machine to produce quality parts. Is in the initial process of being trained to advance into a higher skill level. Loads unfinished parts and removes finished parts from machine. Performs basic checks for tolerance and specifications. Refers unusual difficulties, malfunctions, and any adjustments or tooling requirements to maintain original set up, to team leader or supervisor. Observes machine operations to detect work-piece defects or machine malfunction. Measures work-piece dimensions to determine accuracy of machine operations. Removes burrs, sharp edges, rust, or scale from work-piece. Performs minor machine maintenance such as oiling machines, dies, or work-pieces. Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or stamping presses within a manufacturing facility Strong commitment to quality assurance and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environmentJoin us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to manufacturing excellence! Pay:
$19.00 - $24.00 per hour
