Includes 5% shift premium Why Join Us Climate-controlled, clean, and organized facility Strong team culture with supportive leadership No mandatory overtime Benefits start quickly (medical after 30 days) Pay increase upon direct hire PTO that grows with tenure Employee events, food trucks, and team activities What You'll Do Operate multiple CNC milling machines (Doosan, Kia, and similar) Run two machines at once while maintaining quality and efficiency Perform drilling, tapping, boring, and turning operations Read blueprints and verify parts meet specifications Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges Load/unload materials and deburr finished parts Make basic tool and offset adjustments as needed Requirements Experience operating CNC mills or lathes Ability to read and understand blueprints Experience using micrometers, calipers, and gauges Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple machines Preferred Experience with Doosan, Kia, or similar CNC equipment General machining or manufacturing experience Work Environment Climate-controlled manufacturing facility Team-oriented production floor Well-lit, clean, and organized workspace Steady workflow with a focus on quality and efficiency Apply Today Join a stable company where you can grow your CNC skills in a clean, supportive environment. Apply now to get started. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockford, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
