• What You'll Do
• + Operate multiple CNC milling machines (Doosan, Kia, and similar) + Run two machines at once while maintaining quality and efficiency + Perform drilling, tapping, boring, and turning operations + Read blueprints and verify parts meet specifications + Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges + Load/unload materials and deburr finished parts + Make basic tool and offset adjustments as needed •Requirements•+ Experience operating CNC mills or lathes + Ability to read and understand blueprints + Experience using micrometers, calipers, and gauges + Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple machines •Preferred•+ Experience with Doosan, Kia, or similar CNC equipment + General machining or manufacturing experience •Work Environment•+ Climate-controlled manufacturing facility + Team-oriented production floor + Well-lit, clean, and organized workspace + Steady workflow with a focus on quality and efficiency •Apply Today•Join a stable company where you can grow your CNC skills in a clean, supportive environment.

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rockford, IL.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
