2nd Shift Job Summary We are looking for a motivated CNC Machine Operator to join our growing team in Schiller Park. As an entry-level member of our machine shop, you will receive hands-on training to operate computer-controlled machinery and precision tools. This is a great opportunity to start a career in manufacturing with a supportive, 50-person team.

Primary Responsibilities Machine Operation :

Safely operate CNC machinery and general shop equipment, including drill presses and sandblasting units.

Finishing Work :

Utilize hand-held grinding tools and power tools to finish parts to specific standards.

Quality Inspection :

Check finished parts for quality and accuracy using job documentation and precision measurement tools.

Safety & Compliance :

Adhere to all shop safety rules and company guidelines as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Shop Support :

Handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced "job shop" environment. What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
