In this role, you will be responsible for operating advanced CNC machinery, including Python X machines, to produce high-precision components. Your expertise in CNC programming, machine setup, and quality control will ensure efficient production processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment in a fast-paced environment dedicated to manufacturing excellence. Duties Set up and operate CNC milling machines, lathes, stamping presses, and other fabrication equipment with precision and efficiency Program and troubleshoot Python X machines using CNC programming languages and CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications to ensure accurate machining Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and maintain quality standards Maintain detailed machine logs, production reports, and quality documentation throughout shifts Perform routine maintenance, tooling changes, and calibration on CNC equipment to maximize uptime Assist with materials handling, packaging, and assembly line tasks as needed to support overall manufacturing flow Requirements Proven experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or Python X machines in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of CNC programming, CAM programming, and blueprint reading skills Familiarity with Fanuc controls, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and tooling setup procedures Mechanical aptitude with understanding of fabrication processes including welding, pressing, stamping, and fabricating parts using hand tools and press brake machines Ability to use precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers for quality assurance Basic math skills for calculating measurements and machine adjustments Factory or manufacturing facility experience with materials handling, assembly lines, or warehouse operations is preferred Certifications or experience with forklift operation is a plus Knowledge of SolidWorks or CAD software is advantageous for interpreting technical drawings Join us if you're passionate about machining technology and eager to contribute your skills in a thriving manufacturing environment.
