Document production data and report any discrepancies to management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC operations preferred. Proven experience as a CNC Laser Operator or similar role. Strong understanding of CNC machinery and laser cutting processes. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Basic computer skills for data entry and machine operation. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
