Overview We are seeking a skilled CNC Laser Operator to join our dynamic team in Wyoming, IL. As a CNC Laser Operator, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in our laser-cut products. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders. Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC laser equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Document production data and report any discrepancies to management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC operations preferred. Proven experience as a CNC Laser Operator or similar role. Strong understanding of CNC machinery and laser cutting processes. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Basic computer skills for data entry and machine operation. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
