Collaborate with the fabrication team on tooling selection, setup procedures, and process improvements. Maintain accurate documentation of production runs, machine settings, and inspection results. Support assembly line operations by providing machined components for further fabrication or packaging processes. Follow safety guidelines diligently while handling materials, hand tools, and heavy machinery like stamping presses or press brake machines. Qualifications Proven experience operating CNC equipment including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, or similar machinery within a manufacturing facility. Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages such as G-code; experience with Fanuc controls is highly desirable. Familiarity with CAD software such as SolidWorks for interpreting drawings; experience with CAM programming is advantageous. Ability to read blueprints accurately and apply GD&T principles effectively. Mechanical knowledge of tooling setups, fabrication processes, and materials handling techniques. Proficiency with precision measuring instruments including calipers, micrometers, and dial indicators. Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments. Hands-on experience with factory safety procedures and factory equipment like forklifts or welding tools. Good communication skills to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
