Job Description

CNC Machine Operator This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC machinery to produce high-quality components that meet customer and engineering specifications. CNC Machine Operator Details:
Contract to Hire position $21.00 /hour First Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:30am to 01:30pm) Operate CNC mills, lathes, and other machining equipment according to production schedules and specifications Load raw materials and verify machine setups prior to operation Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards Perform routine quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools Maintain production records and complete required documentation accurately Troubleshoot basic machine issues and notify maintenance or leadership of major concerns Change tooling, offsets, and fixtures as required for production runs Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures and company policies Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality personnel to meet production goals and deadlines
CNC Machine Operator Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required 1+ years of CNC machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring equipment Familiarity with CNC controls such as Haas, Fanuc, Mazak, or similar systems preferred Strong attention to detail and quality standards Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Strong work ethic, attendance, and teamwork skills We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity at all levels of our organization.
