CNC Operator / Deburr & Finishing Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented CNC Operator / Deburr & Finishing employee to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating CNC machinery, inspecting finished parts, and performing deburring and finishing operations to ensure parts meet quality and customer requirements. The ideal candidate is reliable, mechanically inclined, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in producing quality work. Previous manufacturing or machining experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines according to established procedures and work instructions.
• Load and unload parts and monitor machines during production.
• Perform basic machine adjustments as needed and notify the appropriate personnel of machine or tooling issues.
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality requirements.
• Perform deburring and finishing operations using hand tools, files, deburring tools, grinders, sanders, or other equipment.
• Remove sharp edges, burrs, excess material, and other imperfections from finished parts.
• Perform secondary finishing operations as required.
• Visually inspect parts for defects and ensure finished products meet quality standards.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Complete production and quality documentation as required.
• Communicate any quality, equipment, or production issues to supervisors or appropriate personnel.
• Work effectively as part of a team while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

• Ability to lift and handle parts/materials as required for the position.

Preferred, but

Not Required:

• Previous manufacturing or machining experience.
• CNC machine operating experience.
• Experience with deburring, grinding, sanding, or other finishing operations.
• Experience reading mechanical drawings or blueprints.
• Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other measuring equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude or experience working with tools. Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the workday.
• Ability to use hand tools and perform detailed finishing work.
• Ability to frequently handle and move parts and materials.
• Ability to work around machinery, noise, metal chips, coolants, and other typical manufacturing conditions.
