The Role We are seeking a reliable, somewhat experienced CNC Production Operator to join our 1st Shift team. The ideal candidate has foundational CNC machining experience, a strong desire to learn from the best in the industry, and the reliability to show up and make an impact every day. You will be operating state-of-the-art machinery, ensuring parts meet strict quality control (QC) standards, and working alongside a team that values your contribution. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC mills/lathes to perform precision machining operations in a production environment. Accurately read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders. Utilize precision measuring instruments, including micrometers (mics), calipers, and gauges, to perform strict QC checks and ensure dimensional accuracy Participate in our multifunctional cross-training to build agile staffing and operational resilience. Monitor machine operations, track key production metrics, and report any safety or maintenance hazards immediately.
