Full Job Description Shift:
1st Shift (Flex Time Available)
Overview:
Seeking CNC Operator Talent that loves continuous learning and operating CNC's. Safety first, you will follow safe work methods and adherence to safety protocol, including personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements. Quality of work, you will be asked to perform and produce quality work, following specifications and working collaboratively with the Quality Assurance team and upholding the "Cimtech Quality Standards". Team Member mentality is a must. We have a common goal, to be the premier manufacturing partner to manufacturers, in order to do this, we need every team member to contribute, take ownership, communicate, and show initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and load raw materials into machine . Read blue prints, drawings, or other computer-aided files . Verify dimensions, sizes, as well as tolerance .
Quality Assurance:
Test completed parts to ensure they meet specifications and complete Inspection Reports . Reading calipers, micrometers and other measuring devices .
Qualifications:
Desired 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator but will train . Basic computer knowledge with understanding of CNC programming . Ability to work in a fast-paced environment . Must provide company approved calipers, if required for your position, after 90 days of employment .
