CNC Operator Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machinery according to production requirements. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Monitor machine operation and production output. Perform in-process and finished-product quality checks. Make basic machine adjustments as needed. Identify production or quality issues and communicate them to the appropriate team members. Perform routine equipment maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized. Follow all company safety and production procedures. CNC Operator Qualifications Previous CNC operating or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Experience using precision measuring tools.
