CNC Operator - Hiring Immediately Description Staff Management | SMX is immediately hiring experienced CNC Operators for a leading Metal Fabrication Company. Shift Information:

Rotating 12 hours shifts, 5:50pm - 6:00am Perks & Benefits Climate Controlled Environment Paid Training Weekly paychecks Medical / Dental Insurance Referral Bonus (Restrictions Apply) $19.15 - $24.75 / Hour Referral Bonus (Per eligibility requirements) Employment Type & Shifts Full Time Long Term Rotating Shifts 3rd Shift Job Responsibilities Start and stop equipment to run production. Identify product and shop orders to ensure proper jobs are being ran. Properly report scrap and labor information using written, as well as electronic data collection devices. Select correct containerization for parts being produced. Participate in problem solving activities. Adjust equipment to obtain part specification per process sheets and maintain within control limits. Perform TPM and prepare equipment for preventative maintenance. Position requires high school diploma or GED. Prior experience as a CNC operator is required. Ability to read, write, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions. Basic math skills Perform all inspection functions per written procedure. Identify product to ensure proper jobs being ran. Collaborate with team members and Team Leads to identify improvements. Ability to work every other weekend and overtime as needed. Must pass BG/DT. 6 months manufacturing or warehouse experience required Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Able to Lift 50 pounds Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $19.15 - $24.75 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
