Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in optimal condition. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail to ensure quality parts are made. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
