Minimum Requirements 3+ years as a CNC operator/Machinist Ability to work from written and verbal instructions in English Basic math / computer skills Familiarity with various measuring instruments used for checking the quality of work Able to read programming instructions, operational data, machine setup instructions, and blueprints Knowledge of machining techniques and methods Ability to diagnose and solve machine problems Self-motivated and goal-oriented work ethic Basic hand tools and measuring equipment required Manufacturing environment- appropriate safety equipment and precautions required such as safety glasses, face shields, gloves, ear plugs, etc. Manual mill experience a bonus Ability to lift parts weighing up to 50 pounds; fast-paced work as needed
