We're seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our 2nd or 3rd shift team in Hays, KS. If you enjoy working with equipment, producing quality parts, and being part of a team, we'd like to hear from you. Experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person who is dependable, motivated, and eager to learn. What You'll Do Operate manufacturing equipment and/or CNC equipment safely and efficiently Produce parts that meet quality and customer specifications Perform inspections and basic measurements Maintain a clean and organized work area What We're Looking For Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Attention to detail and commitment to quality Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to work well with others Support for the core values of Cross Preferred Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Manufacturing or machine operation/CNC machining experience Mechanical or technical background Experience using measuring tools and equipment Benefits Cross offers competitive pay, excellent benefits, and opportunities for growth and advancement.
