Job Description

WoodCraft Designers & Builders is a high-end commercial architectural millwork company specializing in custom casework, millwork, and specialty fabrication for restaurants, offices, healthcare, and luxury residential projects. We are seeking a skilled CNC Router Operator to join our growing team and support production in a fast-paced shop environment. Position Summary The CNC Router Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce precision millwork components. This role works closely with engineering, production, and shop teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality output. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC routers to cut wood, composite, and other materials Interpret shop drawings, cut lists, and CNC programs Load/unload materials and ensure proper machine calibration Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met Collaborate with production and drafting teams to resolve issues Maintain a clean and safe work environment Qualifications 2+ years of CNC router operation experience (woodworking or millwork preferred) Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints Experience with CNC software (Cabinet Vision or similar is a plus) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods Team-oriented with strong communication skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays 401(k) options Opportunity for growth within a stable and growing company Work Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Overtime available as needed Why Join WoodCraft? $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
