Job Description:
We're seeking experienced CNC Lathe & CNC Milling Operators to join our clients growing precision manufacturing team in Billerica, MA . This is a great opportunity to join a clean, modern facility that specializes in high-quality metal components for Semi-Conductor Industry.
Schedule:
1st
Shift:
Monday-Thursday, 6:00am•4:30pm (Fridays are optional or as needed) 2nd
Shift:
Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm•1:30am (Fridays are optional or as needed 12pm start
Pay Range:
$24•30 per hour (based on experience)
Type:
Temp-to-hire Location:
Billerica, MA Set up and operate CNC lathes and/or CNC Milling to produce precision metal components. Load and unload raw materials and finished parts. Monitor machine operations and make minor adjustments as needed. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Use precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges, indicators) to ensure quality standards. Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment. What Our Client is
Looking For:
2+ years of CNC lathe and/or milling operation experience Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
