Well established Custom Architectural Millwork Shop seeking experienced CNC Operator at our facility in Lowell, MA to work on high end commercial cabinetry. The ideal candidate must have three years' experience working with CNC machinery in a mill shop setting. We are looking for someone who has the desire to successfully produce the high quality products our clients expect.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair any mechanical failures; including but not limited to: Performing routine preventative maintenance.
• Preparing, organizing and maintaining material, product and tools as necessary.
• Maintaining consistent fast paced work flow to meet project deadlines.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to stand on feet for 8 hours
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more
• Ability to check own work to achieve no defects
• Must have problem solving skills
• Previous experience in production/manufacturing in the millwork industry. i.e. Specifically familiar with plastic laminates and casegoods is a plus
• Familiarity with blue prints and technical drawings.
• Reliable transportation to and from work is required
• Employment is contingent on clean background check
