2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)Pay Rate:
$29+Interview Process:
1 in-person interview with Hiring Manager CNC skills test included Interviews available this Thursday & Friday Position Overview We are seeking CNC Operators with 1-3 years of experience to operate and maintain a variety of CNC and manual machining equipment. This role involves working from blueprints, performing quality inspections, and supporting production efficiency in a team-based manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines and manual equipment (drill presses, engine lathes, turret lathes) Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Perform basic CNC programming edits and enter pre-programmed data Monitor machine performance and make adjustments (offset wear & geometry) Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring tools (micrometers, verniers, plug gages, pin gages, ring gages) Maintain coolant and oil levels on machines Change tooling (collets, inserts, tool holders, tool blocks) Support material handling (bar stock cutting, put-away, scrap management) Follow preset and setup procedures to reduce lead times Perform basic machine maintenance as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentEquipment & Systems:
(any experience with the following is desired) Miyano Lathes (dual spindle, 5-axis) with Fanuc controls Haas Milling Machines Mazak Machines G-code programming Qualifications 1-3 years of CNC machining or related experience Ability to read and understand basic CNC programs Experience working with blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and quality standards Fluent in English (written and verbal) Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Physical Requirements Ability to stand/walk for up to 8 hours per shift Ability to lift up to 45 lbs Additional Requirements Commitment to continuous improvement and process efficiency Strong understanding of material and component identification Ability to follow all company safety procedures Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
