Job Description

Massie Manufacturing, Inc., A welding and fabrication company, is looking for experienced CNC Machine Operators to join their team in Baraga, Michigan. The responsibilities of these positions affect the production of both assemblies and weldments. Candidates will prepare components to produce products efficiently while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in the industry.

Full-time position:
Monday-Thursday 6am - 3:30pm, Friday 6am - 10am
What You Will Do:
Maintain effective machine operations to meet customer demand and provide on-time delivery. Competently operate CNC equipment to produce parts in accordance with customer requirements and specifications. Operate a forklift; training provided. Take ownership of organizing and cleaning specified work area. Take the initiative to help other production areas as needed. Communicate with the Leadership Team when necessary.
What We Are Looking For:
Self-motivation and excellent work ethic, required. Minimum of 3 years' experience with operation of CNC equipment -OR- completion of a formal manufacturing technology or similar program from a recognized technical school / institute, required. Read and understand welding blueprints. Read and utilize precise measuring equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems. Ability to balance a sense of urgency while maintaining quality and efficiency. Adherence to business policies and safe work practices. Sound Like You?
