What You'll Do As a CNC Operator, you'll play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that every component is made with precision and care. You'll follow detailed blueprints and contribute directly to the quality our clients depend on.

Your responsibilities will include:

Reviewing daily production goals and CNC workflows Selecting and adjusting CNC programs for each specific job Setting up machines and selecting appropriate tooling Operating an electrical panel saw and handling large Plexiglas sheets Reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and height gauges Performing first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure quality Recording inventory and ensuring

compliance throughout all processes Contributing to quality management through documentation, preventive maintenance, and identifying non-conforming parts Operating a manual pallet jack when needed What You Bring High school diploma or GED required 1+ years of CNC machine operation experience Previous factory or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read blueprints, follow detailed procedures, and work independently Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Solid math and numerical reasoning skills Comfortable using hand tools, precision instruments, and manual lifting equipment Why Join Us?
