Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Operator for our 2nd shift team. This role involves operating a variety of machines including Hurco milling machines, water jet, and laser cutting equipment to produce high-quality components used in military defense applications. Key Responsibilities Operate Hurco CNC milling machines , water jet, and laser cutting machines Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Perform tool changes and offsets as needed Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools Deburr and finish parts to meet quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety and quality procedures Qualifications Previous CNC operating experience preferred (Hurco experience a plus) Ability to read blueprints and perform basic CNC adjustments Experience with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, etc.) Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to work a 10-12 hour shift in a manufacturing environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay + $2.00 shift differential Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off (PTO) Long-term career stability with a respected, family-owned company Why Join Us? 50+ years of industry stability Family-oriented culture Opportunity to work on meaningful defense projects Room for growth and skill development
