401(k) 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Company parties Competitive salary Dental insurance Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Training & development Vision insurance Requirements and responsibilities: Operate and maintain CNC Lathes & CNC Mills Minimum of three (3) years experience on CNC Lathes & Mills (REQUIRED) Minimum of one (1) year experience on Miyano CNC Lathes (REQUIRED) Good working knowledge of all CNC machine functions Able to change, set, and touch off tools Perform offset edits Strong ability to use measuring devices (calipers, micrometers, height gages, etc) Must be quality conscious Follow specific work, process, safety instructions and procedures Complete control charts, process paperwork correctly and efficiently Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail Good communication skills and team mentality Exhibit strong work ethic and attendance record Maintain organized/clean work area Physically able to perform duties of the job; able to lift 50#
