We are hiring for the position of CNC Setup Operator. This role is responsible for setting up and running Miyano lathes and Hanwha swiss machines. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of troubleshooting production machining processes. Job Responsibilities Set up CNC lathes (including tooling, offests, fixtures, holders) Load existing programs into machine control Maintain existing tooling solutions and existing machining methods First piece inspection and in-process inspection Ability to use inspection equipment (calipers, micrometers, optical comparator) Perform tool offsets during production to maintain part tolerances Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T Maintain a clean and organized workspace Establish good communication with supervisors and team members Job Qualifications Ability to perform CNC setups with no oversight 3 years experience in a CNC manufacturing environment Excellent organizational and time management skills Experience with Fanuc controls Focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement Swiss CNC machining experience preferred Compensation Competetive pay comensurate with experience and ability Mon-Fri, 7:00-5:30 p.m .
