The position would be responsible for operating CNC machine and edge bander operator on our 1st shift. Preferred candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years' experience with CNC equipment within wood panel manufacturing, ideally with CNC routers and edge banders. A positive attitude, solid attendance history, good communication skills, and self-motivation are key requirements. Key Responsibilities Provide a safe working environment and lead by example Ensure that work order completion dates are met Ensure that quality standards have been achieved Control and reduce the costs of good Work from programming instructions, operational data and machine setup instructions. Check parts for conformance to specifications Perform other duties as assigned Desired Qualifications 2-5 years of wood machining experience Previous experience operating a CNC router, edge-bander and panel saw Able to read calipers, other measuring devices and blueprints Motivated individual with a positive attitude Strong communication skills We are an equal opportunity employer.
