We build precision tooling including checking fixtures, thermoforming tools, patterns, trim nests and prototype components for a variety of industries. This is an opportunity to work on unique custom projects in a climate-controlled shop environment with a variety of CNC equipment including Haas, Fryer, and Sharnoa machines. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, pays attention to detail, and enjoys working on a wide variety of parts and tooling projects. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machining centers Properly and accuratly indicate and set up workpieces and fixtures Use edge finders, dial test indicators, coaxial indicators, and 1-2-3 blocks during machine setup Read and interpret program line ups from CNC programmers Maintain tight tolerances and quality standards Perform basic machine maintenance and keep work area organized Work with programmers, toolmakers, and shop personnel to complete projects efficiently Qualifications Experience operating CNC mills required Ability to independently set up machining projects Ability to read set up sheets and use measuring tools Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and inspection equipment Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance with and driven and positive attitude Preferred Experience Experience with tooling, fixtures, or prototype machining Experience machining plastics, aluminum, or tooling board CAD/CAM familiarity is a plus Benefits Fully paid family insurance including: Medical, Dental, Vision Disability insurance Life insurance Vacation pay Retirement plan Overtime opportunities Stable full-time position Climate-controlled work environment Opportunity to work on custom one-off projects Growing company with expanded CNC and 3D printing capabilities Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Day shift Pay Based on experience and skill set Apply Please submit your resume through
