We are looking for a dependable CNC Operator to join our team and help produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you have CNC experience and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Operate CNC machines to produce parts to specification May be trained to run panel saw Perform setups, tool changes, and adjustments Read blueprints and inspect parts for quality Troubleshoot basic machine and production issues Maintain steady production and minimize downtime Follow all safety and quality standards What We're Looking For CNC experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred (Not Required) Experience with multiple CNC machines or setups Background with 3-axis/4-axis machines Experience supporting or training other operators Why Join Us Competitive pay based on experience Full-time, steady work Opportunity to grow skills and advance Supportive, team-focused environment Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Stand and move for full shifts Work around machinery in a manufacturing setting No phone calls, please.
