Skilled CNC Machine Operator

1st Shift 4am - 2:30pm Monday - Thursday Summary We are seeking a CNC Operator to join our team at Preferred Quality Services. In this role, you will be instrumental in producing high-quality components using CNC machinery while ensuring adherence to strict quality standards. Your contributions will directly impact our mission to deliver exceptional service and value to our clients. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and production schedules. Interpret technical drawings and CAD files to produce precise components. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers to ensure accuracy in production. Conduct regular quality control checks throughout the manufacturing process. Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and quality. Document production processes and maintain accurate records of work performed. Qualifications Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of CNC machinery. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Understanding of quality control principles in manufacturing processes. Basic knowledge of welding is a plus but not required.
