MFP is looking to hire a dedicated individual for a CNC Machine Operator position and join our team.

CNC Reports to: CNC Team Lead/Production Supervisor Purpose of the
Position:
The CNC Machine Operator will complete our custom designed hydraulic manifolds through quality production and accurate detail for customer required specifications. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our CNC department. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating CNC mills, interpreting technical drawings, and maintaining high standards of quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines (mills) to produce hydraulic manifolds Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions Perform tool changes, offsets, and minor program edits as needed Inspect parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Maintain accurate production records and ensure traceability Perform routine machine maintenance and report any issues to maintenance staff Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve production challenges Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area Understanding of additional operations such as deburring & anodizing Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly work-in-process meetings Assist Material Handlers with job staging and material distribution to ensure schedules are being met
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience CNC Machinist with 3-5 years on-the-job knowledge; Certificates or Education will be considered along with experience Extremely high attention to detail, aesthetics, visual precision and prideful of your work Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings and using measurement tools Familiarity with G-code and CNC programming basics Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Some experience with all Microsoft programs Strong organizational skills and time management

None Working Conditions:
CNC manufacturing floor; must be able to stand, bend, lift without limitations; noise, dust & shavings while operating mills
Pay:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
