Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure part quality. Support senior machinists in diagnosing and correcting machining issues. Maintain a neat, safe, and organized work area. Engage in ongoing training sessions and skill-building workshops. Conduct routine equipment checks and basic maintenance. Work with the team to achieve production goals and deadlines. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; machining-related classes are a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn. Foundational knowledge of machining tools and processes preferred, not required.
