PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The principal purpose of this job description is to outline the roles and responsibilities of a Hydromat/CNC Operator. Operate the Hydromat/CNC machines and their associated secondary operations.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES 1.

Read and understand part specific blueprints and dimensions. 2. Use micrometers, calipers, and all basic gages. 3. Recognize quality principles, as applied to products. 4. Check parts with optical inspection equipment or equivalent measurement. 5. Understand procedures and work instructions. 6. Use appropriate statistical tools. 7. Understand proper operation of machine and able to change Hydromat /CNC tools and offsets. 8. Perform comprehensive machine preventive maintenance routines. 9. Use, understanding, and execution of

LEAP/5S, HSE

standards.

EQUIPMENT & SOFTWARE 1.

Knowledge of attribute and variable gaging. 2. Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 3. Plex

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
