In this role, you will operate CNC machines, follow production schedules, and help produce high-quality parts in a safe and efficient environment. We are willing to train candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn. Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities Read blueprints, mechanical drawings, and work instructions to produce quality parts Prepare and load raw materials and parts into CNC machines Operate machines to complete production runs efficiently and accurately Monitor machine operations and make basic adjustments as needed to maintain quality Follow system-generated production schedules to support on-time delivery Inspect and measure finished parts to ensure they meet specifications Perform daily machine checks and basic operator preventative maintenance (PMs) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards Assist with additional production tasks as assigned Critical Skills & Knowledge Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings Basic understanding of machine operation and manufacturing processes Mechanical aptitude and basic math skills Strong attention to detail and quality Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn Good communication and teamwork skills Minimum Qualifications Previous manufacturing experience is preferred but not required CNC experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate High school diploma or equivalent preferred Safety shoes required Physical Demands Ability to lift and/or move up to 65 lbs. Ability to stand and work on a manufacturing floor for extended periods of time Ability to frequently bend, reach, and move throughout the work area
