This position is perfect for a well-organized self-starter with good communication skills. You can set the pace for the line and manage the workload to effectively roll out product. Work directly with the production supervisor, management and other departments to aid in communication and efficiency. We will spend 2-3 weeks fully training you for success but its 100% up to you to succeed. Our training program has fully trained pervious team members to be 100% self-sufficient without any prior laser experience in about 3 weeks, you can do it too! Candidates must be comfortable using computers that use windows. Functions such as copy, paste, File>open, File> save. We can teach you to use the laser, but we will not be able to teach you how to use a computer. We also prefer applicants with some background (personal or professional) in CNC, CAD, Drafting, graphic design, etc. Theat prior knowledge will make your transition/training much easier.

Qualifications:

Computer experience (Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 2D environment knowledge: CAD, drafting, graphics: Any knowledge will set you apart. High Energy Willingness to learn Good Communicator Punctual Self-starter Organized Good with hand tools and assembly Job duties: Preparing materials for laser cutting (premask, taping) Cutting laser jobs in priority as laid out by supervisor Maintaining laser equipment and area Building sub-assemblies that you have laser cut
