What You'll Do Learn CNC machine operation and production processes Read work instructions and blueprints Use measurement tools including calipers and micrometers Inspect parts for quality and accuracy Load materials and monitor machine performance Work closely with experienced machinists and supervisors Maintain a clean and safe work environment What We're Looking For Required Mechanical aptitude Strong attendance and reliability Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work as part of a team Stable work history Helpful Experience Manufacturing experience CNC exposure Machine operation Blueprint reading Measurement tool experience Shift Information Initial training completed on 1st shift Position transitions to a consistent 2nd shift schedule Shift premium included for off-shift work Why Join Supreme Machined Products?
