In this role, you will support precision machining operations and help produce high-quality components that meet strict dimensional and performance standards. Sunday - Tuesday | 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Alternating Saturdays required (12-hour shifts)

Pay Rate :

$19.00/

HR Key Responsibilities:

Operate Tsugami CNC turning machines to produce precision machined parts from bar stock Load machines with materials and monitor production processes Perform tool changes, tool touch-offs, and tooling adjustments Monitor tooling wear and maintain machine performance Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments Record quality and production data within the company's online system Make machine offsets to maintain part quality and specifications Meet daily production and quality goals Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Perform basic preventive machine maintenance Complete required production and quality documentation Operate multiple similar machines when needed Qualifications CNC machining experience preferred High School Diploma or GED required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Good math and measurement skills Experience using precision measuring tools such as: Micrometers Calipers Height gauges Surface finish gauges Basic blueprint reading knowledge

Pay:

$19.00 per hour
