This role specializes in precision CNC turning, milling, and screw machine work, handling both prototyping and long-run production. Collaborative, close-knit work environment Duties of the CNC operator:

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC turning and milling machines

Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measurement tools to inspect parts

Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning

Monitor machines to detect malfunctions or deviations

Document production logs and inspection records

Collaborate with programmers, engineers, and QC staff to ensure quality and efficiency

Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives

Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area Requirements of the CNC operator:

Experience with CNC turning and milling machines

Understanding of precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)

Mechanical aptitude
