Well-maintained facility with modern equipment Duties of the CNC lathe operator:

Operate CNC lathes to machine parts to specifications

Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools

Read and interpret blueprints accurately

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency Requirements of the CNC lathe operator:

At least 1 year of CNC lathe experience or relevant technical training

Strong understanding of machining principles and shop math

Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when needed
