CNC Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

The Opportunity As a Machine Operator, you will operate and maintain machinery to produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure machines run smoothly at capacity and meet quality standards while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. 2nd Shift (3:00-11:30pm) Key Responsibilities Set up machinery and tools for daily operation Start, operate, and monitor machinery according to instructions and safety guidelines Make machine adjustments as needed to improve performance and maintain quality Identify and troubleshoot issues with machines or tools promptly Perform quality checks on finished parts, using inspection tools as needed Accurately follow reporting and recordkeeping procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Clean and perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools Comply with all safety and health regulations Perform other related duties as assigned to support production needs What You Bring High school diploma or GED Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Familiarity with machining processes and production safety practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to perform basic measurements and calculations related to machining Knowledge of machining tools and equipment Knowledge of tooling setup and selection for CNC operations Ability to use inspection tools to perform quality checks Excellent organizational and time management skills Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Ability to stand, bend, and walk for prolonged periods.
