This position focuses on operating computer-controlled cutting equipment to produce high-quality precision products. What You'll Be Doing Operate CNC Knife Cutter machinery to cut and shape materials according to specifications Review work instructions, drawings, and production requirements Monitor machine operation to ensure consistent product quality Make basic machine adjustments as needed during production Measure and inspect finished products using measuring tools, templates, and fixtures Maintain a clean and safe work environment Perform additional duties as assigned by management What Makes You a Great Fit Previous CNC operating experience highly preferred Strong computer skills and comfort working with technology required Ability to read and follow work instructions and production documents Strong attention to detail and quality Willingness to learn and train on equipment and processes High school diploma or equivalent preferred Benefits 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
