CNC Machine Operator:
Set up CNC machines by loading tools, fixtures, and materials and ensuring proper calibrationLoad and modify CNC programs to meet required dimensions, tolerances, and specificationsOperate CNC equipment to perform milling, drilling, and machining operationsInspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure quality standardsMaintain and replace cutting tools to optimize performance and reduce downtimeTroubleshoot machining issues including tool wear, material defects, and machine malfunctionsMonitor production processes to maintain workflow and resolve inefficienciesDocument production data, machine settings, and reports to support tracking and improvementsWhat You Need to Bring to theCNC Machine Operator Role:
