Responsibilities:
Setup and operate CNC machining centers, turning centers, and metal fabrication equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and job specifications for tolerances and dimensions.
Perform quality checks using precision measurement tools per ISO work instructions.
Conduct necessary tool changes, minor offsets, and regular preventative maintenance.
Maintain a safe, clean work area and assist with daily cycle counts.
Skills:
Machinist Technical Degree, Certification, or 2-4 years of related CNC/fabrication experience.
Experience navigating ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Background working within ISO-certified quality environments.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic experience operating computer-controlled or electronic machinery.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions, blueprints, and measuring tools.
- Basic shop math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals).
