CNC Machine Operator (Mills / Lathes / Manual Machines / Saws / Drills)

Location:

Near Plymouth, MN Pay:

$22•26/hr. (DOE) + Up to $3,000

Sign-On Bonus Type:

Direct Hire Available Shifts 1st

Shift:

7:00 AM•3:30 PM (Mon-Fri) or 5:00 AM•3:30 PM (Mon-Thurs) 2nd

Shift:

3:25 PM•1:55 AM (Mon-Thurs) What You'll Do Operate CNC milling and turning centers, as well as manual machinery (mills, lathes, drills, saws, etc.) Perform routine machining operations to produce precision parts Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accuracy and quality Use hand and power tools for setup and inspection Work collaboratively in a clean, organized, and safety-focused environment What We're Looking For 6 months to 1 year of CNC or manual machining experience (school or work) Ability to read and understand blueprints Mechanically inclined and comfortable with tools and measurements Machining coursework or certificate is a plus (perfect for recent grads!) Displays a positive attitude and willingness to work in a team environment.
