• Load and unload material for our Robots/CNC machines
• Collect data and monitor product conformity
• Stay aware of job requirements (production rates, operation details)
• Identify product (in-process, non-conforming)
• Basic machine maintenance
• Assembly, packing, tumbling, and deburring
• 3S•Sort, Shine, Standardize•Follow safety guidelines and serve our team and customers What we're looking for•A coachable, adaptable attitude and willingness to learn — experience preferred but not required•Must be 18 or older to operate a CNC machine•Able to stand for most of the shift and lift 35 lbs or more•Comfortable learning our systems (we'll train you on Slack, BambooHR, JobBOSS, our internal database, and Microsoft Office) Pay & benefits•$20•25/hr +15% Shift Differential•Health Coverage — Trinity Tool covers 100% of the employee's base plan•Direct Primary Care (DCP) Membership•Trinity Tool covers 100% of the employee's base plan•Simple IRA — 3% company match•2 weeks PTO accrual in your first year, plus paid holidays•Add-on plans: Dental, Vision, DC-FSA, Aflac Supplemental Insurances This description is not all-inclusive.
