Job Description

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our team in Winona, MN . In this hands-on role, you'll help keep operations running smoothly by managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring materials flow efficiently throughout the facility. Shift:

2nd: 3pm-1am,

Mon-Thurs Pay:

$21-$25/hr, based on experience Job Duties of a

CNC Machine Operator:

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC machining equipment Operate CNC lathes including Mazak and Okuma machines Perform tooling changes, fixture setup, chuck setup, and material loading Read and interpret blueprints, setup sheets, and work instructions Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and indicators for quality inspections Identify tool wear, machine malfunctions, and dimensional deviations Perform preventative maintenance
