7:30am-4:00pm Detail-oriented and mechanically inclined individuals wanted for an entry-level CNC Machine Operator role producing high-quality piston retarders in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for dependable candidates who enjoy hands-on work, operating machinery, following detailed instructions, and maintaining production quality standards. • Machine Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Open equipment doors, load raw materials, and close doors securely
• Start and monitor the machine's operation
• Open equipment doors to remove finished materials and reload new materials
• Repeat these tasks as necessary throughout the shift
• Accurately follow detailed instructions
• Perform basic mathematical calculations
• Utilize mechanical skills for operating machinery Entry Level CNC

• Machine Operator Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Stand and walk for extended periods during the shift
• Perform repetitive motions, including bending, twisting, and reaching
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Ability to work in a noisy environment with ear protection
• Strong ability to follow precise directions
• Excellent punctuality and attendance record
