- 1:30am) Aurora Technologies | Pacific, Missouri Aurora Technologies is growing and looking to add 2-3 CNC Punch Press Operators to our 2nd Shift team.

Position Summary The CNC Punch Press Operator will be responsible for setting up and operating Trumpf CNC punch press equipment to manufacture precision plastic components that meet customer specifications. Responsibilities Set up and operate Trumpf CNC punch press machines safely and efficiently Read and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, and production documents Verify material type, thickness, and job specifications before production Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and gauges Load and unload plastic sheets and materials Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards Troubleshoot minor machine and production issues Complete production documentation and quality records Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety policies and procedures Qualifications Previous CNC machine operation experience preferred, but not required; in-house training available Experience with Trumpf equipment is a plus Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods Schedule Full-Time 2nd Shift (4 ten-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday) Overtime opportunities available Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Paid holidays 401(k) with company match Opportunities for advancement and skill development Why Join Aurora Technologies?
