Natoli Engineering—recognized worldwide for tablet compression tooling and equipment—seeks experienced CNC talent to run mills and lathes on our 2nd shift. $2500 sign-on bonus • Weekly pay • Quick onboarding What your shift looks like You kick off at your station—Mazak, Okuma, DMG Mori Seiki—reviewing prints and tolerances. You load tools, set work offsets, and dial in your first article. With micrometers, calipers, and other hand metrology, you verify critical features, make any needed tool or wear-offset tweaks, and get the production run humming. If a program needs attention, you step in to adjust G/M code or assist with Mastercam/Mazatrol/Fanuc edits. You swap tooling and refine geometry when needed, perform light PM (oil and grease), and keep your cell clean and organized. Throughout, you work independently, hold the line on quality, and collaborate with the team when a tricky feature needs a second set of eyes. Core impact Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes for repeat and new production Troubleshoot and refine CNC programs; assist with light programming as experience allows Inspect parts using precision measurement tools; adjust machines for in-tolerance results Change tooling and modify tool geometry to meet spec Handle basic machine maintenance (oil, grease, etc.) Maintain a tidy, well-organized work area Work autonomously while upholding strict quality standards What you bring Self-driven mindset; able to work with minimal supervision Fluency in G-code/M-code Experience with Mazatrol, Mastercam, or Fanuc is a plus Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints Skilled with micrometers, calipers, and hand metrology tools Physical demands Stand, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods Lift and carry trays/materials up to 50 lbs. Schedule options 2nd shift available: approximately 3:30-12am, Monday-Friday Weekend shift: Friday-Sunday Your proficiency set
