Key Responsibilities Machine Operation:

Run assigned CNC machinery and manage all components within the specific mechanical limits of the equipment.

Simultaneous Operations:

Maintain focus and productivity while operating up to two machines at the same time.

Tool Maintenance:

Sharpen and replace cutting tools as they wear down.

Machine Tuning:

Make all necessary equipment offsets and adjustments to hold exact, required tolerances.

Cross-Training:

Dynamically rotate through a group of shop machines determined daily by management as competency is proven.

Job Requirements & Qualifications Blueprint Reading:

Ability to work directly from complex engineering blueprints and technical drawings.

Precision Inspection:

Skilled in utilizing various measuring devices, gauges, and inspection instruments to check parts.

Physical Demands:

Capacity to spend the entire shift executing tasks from a standing position.
